Firstly we would like to apologise for the delay in writing to you.
We have been living in our new bedroom for a year now and are still very impressed with the standard of work carried out. Going from having two bedrooms to three has made all the difference to us and baby number 3 is due any day now!
We were very impressed from the start with the service you provided and found you very approachable throughout the whole project. We would like to say a big thank you to Gary and Matt for being so considerate and reliable throughout the works. The whole project ran smoothly with no problems and minimal disturbance having 2 young children.
We would recommend Loft Living to anyone considering a loft conversion. We were initially nervous taking a gamble with a company that had not been recommended to us, nor that we had heard of, but we are very pleased we did.

Hello Andy & Clive,
Thanks to Clive for having a look at the outside of this property for us at the weekend at very short notice. We have now had an offer accepted and would like to get in the queue for a loft conversion ! I had a look in the loft yesterday and the height is not good. Clive tried to explain about raising the gables, but I think I was being thick and couldn’t really understand what he meant. We would be grateful if you could make a date to have a look at the inside, advise as to what might be possible and work up a scheme.
We really like our loft bedroom at Shooters Hill and our main reason for moving is to be in Bexley for the schools.
When we started the loft process at Shooters Hill, I was very keen to have a Building Surveyor involved, acting on our behalf against an unknown builder. However, now we know how good you are, we would intend to leave everything to you this time. We very nearly ended up taking the Building Surveyor to court when our single storey extension failed building control and had to be partly re-built.

We recently had our loft converted to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom by the Loft Living guys. They've done a brilliant job and it's now our favourite room in the house; it's really well insulated and quiet. The work went without any issues, and was surprisingly non-intrusive as everything went in through the roof except for the new staircase. They're very considerate and friendly guys and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Thanks for a great job well done and I'd be more than happy to recommend Loft Living to anyone thinking about a loft conversion. We are really impressed by the quality of the finished product and are grateful for the effort that has gone into making it. The team were always on time, polite, worked to a high standard and ready to go the extra mile. Given we suffered many torrential downpours during the construction we were particularly grateful for the effort that went into keeping the house watertight throughout.

Dear Andy and Clive,
Apologies for the delay in sending you this email.
Both Sue and I wanted to thank Clive and the team for the highly professional build and finish to our new loft extension. During the 8-10 week build we did put some pressure on Clive's team to finish the extension due to the impending birth of our child. I am pleased to say that they finished on time, (and we had a baby girl).
I would also like to add that Loft Living were very clean and tidy and always made an effort at the end of each day to leave the house as they found it. Clive, Andy and Damian were all really friendly and professional during the 2 month build and made an effort to explain what they were doing daily which makes a big difference when you not expecting what to get home to after a long day at work.
It is very rare to find a building team that have the complete package and I would certainly recommend Loft Living to any potential customer.
The only negative comment I will make is that I am still waiting for Clive to invite me for a round of Golf!
